Power of Attorneys and Access Keys
Power of attorneys are used when another user in the system needs to conduct their business on their behalf. Generally, this is preferred in cases where the user is outside the organization, such as annual leave or compassionate leave, so that the work that needs to be carried out by the user is not interrupted. The person who wants his business to be carried out by another user can give power of attorney to another user for the period he determines, with the powers he determines. Thus, the user to whom the power of attorney is given can act on behalf of the person who gives the power of attorney within the scope of the power of attorney given to him.
Access keys, on the other hand, are a system that makes it possible to log in to a user's account through a token without the need for another user to log in with a username and password. This system should not be confused with the proxy system. In the power of attorney system, the transactions are carried out by the proxies for the replaced user, while the transactions made with the access key are referred to as the principal user's own transaction.
